This service is recommended to gain insight on the general condition of the roof. We look at the condition of several components of the roof system and note if any are damaged and in need of repair. Some home builders and roofing contractors require homeowners to have a roof inspection every 2-3 years to keep warranties from being voided.

This service is recommended before any home purchase. As a potential buyer of a property, it is wise to have the roof inspected by a licensed roofing contractor who can document the condition of the roof. This inspection is more than a general condition of the roof. We will look for problems that are beyond the scope of a home inspection. We also look for unusual structural alterations, undisclosed issues and we check for deterioration of flashings.

Your drone inspection will be performed by 2 onsite, nationally certified roof inspectors: our licensed FAA drone pilot and a required spotter/scout. The drone pilot and the scout are both HAAG certified for roof inspections and are experienced roof inspectors with over 30 years experience.

This service can be used to inspect steep, unwalkable, and unsafe roof systems—such as tile roofs, comp roofs, wood shake/shingle roofs, metal roofs, and/or commercial roof systems. Our drone goes up to 400 feet high to give an aerial view of your roof system and property. Drone services are recommended for: residential homes, insurance inspections, wildfire assessment damage, and real estate services.
This inspection is similar to the premium inspection. It includes a comprehensive written report with attached digital pictures, highlighting areas of concern along with recommendations.

Roof Certifications are necessary for the financing of many real estate purchases and buyers are usually not aware of it until just before escrow is about to close. If you are the buyer it is to your advantage to have a roof inspection conducted by a roofing contractor around the same time as your home inspection. This will give you the time you need to negotiate the price of any repairs, a new roof or worst case scenario major structural and undisclosed areas.
